In times of uncertainty and non-stop change, mindfulness helps build the capacity for increased awareness, while maintaining a clear and stable focus. It allows us to build abiding traits that support the ability to respond more thoughtfully, with greater social intuition and emotional resilience.
Jackie serves as a mindfulness instructor and facilitator working with global organizational and community groups, and individual leaders.

A longtime practitioner of mindfulness meditation, Jackie has deep personal retreat experience and has completed teacher training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness. She holds the designation of Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Professional Level (CMT-P) from the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).
